UX287.com
The UX287.com platform serves as the definitive demonstration of UX287's core value proposition: delivering enterprise-grade AI systems and product leadership accessible to SMBs through the RouteKit methodology. Rather than just describing services, the website *is* the service—a living example of rapid AI system development, comprehensive documentation architecture, and business-focused technical implementation. Built using RouteKit's 6-day sprint methodology, the platform showcases every aspect of UX287's service offerings: AI strategy and implementation, senior product leadership, advanced documentation systems, and sustainable technical architecture. The result is both a professional services website and a comprehensive proof-of-concept for the AI-enhanced business operations UX287 delivers to clients.

RouteKit Framework
RouteKit represents a paradigm shift in AI-first development, transforming the traditional "weeks to months" prototyping timeline into a systematic "days to validation" framework. Built from 25+ years of product development experience and refined through dozens of AI implementations, RouteKit standardizes the three critical components that consistently bottleneck rapid prototyping: design systems, knowledge architecture, and development automation. The framework embodies UX287's core philosophy: **sophisticated AI capabilities delivered through efficient, repeatable processes**. Rather than reinventing infrastructure for each project, RouteKit provides battle-tested patterns that enable teams to focus on validation and differentiation instead of setup and configuration.
Startup
The Lisa App platform's mission is to connect consumers of personal services with providers in the beauty and wellness industry. Launched in the greater Chicago-land area, the platform initially focused on services like hair, skin, nails, and massage. During the first two operational quarters (Q1/Q2 2016), it facilitated nearly one thousand appointments between consumers and service providers. I led the founding partners and engineering team through product discovery, usability testing on various prototypes, and the final release of our web, iOS, and Android apps.
ODBII Connection Key
Founded in 2006, Mechanic Advisor had built a solid reviews business helping consumers find quality, local mechanics. By the fall of 2014, the company aimed to innovate by leveraging the open scanning port in vehicles manufactured after 1996 (ODBII). If you've ever had a mechanic "scan" your vehicle, they're connecting to the ODBII port. By developing the Mechanic Advisor Connection Key and the associated iOS app, significant knowledge could be put into the hands of consumers. The key itself, a hardware device that included ODBII scanning and Bluetooth capabilities, was designed and produced by other vendors.
DealerCenter
The Cars.com Dealer Center was designed to help dealers manage their inventory more efficiently and to understand the value generated by their relationship with Cars.com. Used by both internal sales and operations representatives, as well as dealer users, the Dealer Center interface had numerous usability issues when I was tasked with redesigning the application in 2011. My focus was on transforming a largely ineffective web app into a powerful tool that provided meaningful data analytics and insights.
